Teambuilding mindmaps

Once in a while I get assignments where I am asked to train the people in working together and produce mind maps made by all.

In example 1 these people were trained in being more customer service oriented. They were asked to brainstorm with eachother and produce a mind map. It resulted in this huge mind map.

The second example was about an competitive analysis of the RVS. This insurance company wanted to combine the expertise within the company. Many people have very specialized information on the competitors. They wanted that everybody could gain from this valuable information. We have put them into little groups (8). Each group was asked to find all related information on that particular competitor.
