Whenever you use "creative words" you are trying to get as many as possible different associative words.

If you place these words within a mind map it is possible to realize different outcomes.
When you place these KEYWORDS in a hierarchic structure, you can interpret these words only in one manner; one meaning.
On the other hand if you use CREATIVE WORDS you can activate your brain to come up with a lot of associational thoughts. 

As mentioned before associations are very personal.
So if you want to work with a group on one subject it is very important that you reach consensus on the words used. If you don't agree on this, it is surely going to happen that some parts of the mind map will not be as clear to everybody.
